About development

The Park Kvartals project will have four multi-flat residential buildings, each with flour floors. Each flat will have lots of natural light and a private garden or balcony where residents can enjoy the closeness of nature that is provided by trees, a well-planned area, and pleasant views of the surrounding area. This is a symbol of a harmonious way of life.

Park Kvartals is at the intersection of four streets, which is unique in Rīga. Glazed corner or bay windows directed toward the intersection will allow residents to see Dignajas, Tumes, Maza Sterstu and Sterstu streets all at once. Many of the trees on the building territory will be preserved during the construction process, as some are of local and national importance. This is an excellent example of long-term thinking and care for the well-being of future residents. Parka Kvartals offers a chance to live in a newly built residence with the aura of trees that are centuries old. The buildings will have larger windows that is common in the area, and that will mean more daylight for the flats, as well as superb views.
